It takes but one glance at him to understand why. He has a naturally attractive face, being both well-defined and yet oddly delicate. His medium length, unkempt hair is jet black in color and is often seen slightly obscuring his eyes. Speaking of his eyes, they are cold steel in color and hold within them a fair amount of confidence. Yet, they also hold traces of the contempt Michael feels for the world around him. In terms of his physical stature Michael is rather average especially in terms of his height. Being roughly five foot nine inches, and with a total weight of one hundred and fifty-two pounds. The build of his body is rather athletic and lean as well, as one would expect from someone in the hunter's profession. Having well-toned muscles, and a slightly tanned but caucasian skin-tone. Inked on Michael's right shoulder is the Price family crest; A dragon in-circling the sun. The weapon is question is that of a chainsaw mixed with a katana. This trick weapon is lined with razor sharp teeth that are capable of cutting and tearing through both daemon and human flesh with ease. With an average blade length of twenty-three inches, and crafted from top-line metal Ragnarok is a weapon to be feared. When not in its chainsaw mode the teeth of the weapon lie flat along the length of the blade, allowing it to be wielded like your average katana. It is with the press of a button located on the handle that the teeth extended and surrounded the blade itself. Roaring to life and spinning at intense speeds that exceed what your typical chainsaw is capable of. The speed at which the teeth rotate can also be adjusted at Michael's leisure. Ragnarok is not a standalone a weapon. It also comes with a sheath, like any good katana would. What separates its from your average sheath is the fact it's actually a gunsheath. Loaded with high-caliber rifle rounds that generate a powerful impact when they hit a target. The firing of the sheath can done by either quickly pulling Ragnarok from it thus triggering the release of the rifle round. Or by manual pressing the trigger located on the sheath. While certainly impressive it has the downside of only being able to a hold a limited number of rounds. In this case, four, before Michael is forced to manual reload it. Which can take a great deal of time and is not suggested to be done in the middle of combat. Vigors Abyssal Flames - By converting his chakra into tangible form Michael is capable of creating flames of a black coloring. These flames burn at a far hotter temperature than traditional fire. Just creating the flames is not the extent of this Vigor. Michael can in fact manipulate these blackened flames, crafting constructs, weapons, and various other objects by exerting his will over the fire. In addition to this he is capable of the traditional fireball or flamethrower effect commonly associated with fire-based manipulation. Due to the sheer temperature of the flames it's capable of reducing small sources of water into steam. This does, however, not mean that the Abyssal Flames are immune to the effect water has on fire. It just so happens to take a larger sources of water to douse the fire. It's also still possible to smother flames. Eyes of Yggdrasil - Also known as the Eyes of Life, or even simply Live is a Vigor that is often found within the males of Michael's family. As such it is often viewed as a bit of a birthright within the Price family to both master and become fairly comfortable with its use. As one would be able to infer by it's name the Eyes of Yggdrasil has a very strong connection with life, and thus with chakra itself. When active it gives the user a type of sixth sense for the world around them. This not only allows for a vast increase of reaction time, but also allows for Michael to sense the chakra of otherwise hidden enemies. From Michael's perception this increase in reaction takes the form of time moving sluggishly around him. In addition to this the activation of the eyes also puts his body into a state of 'do or die' and thus removes the normal restrictions the body places on itself. This means that Michael's body begins to operate at peak performance allowing for a sharp increase in physical power. Almost as if Michael is displaying hysterical strength. The Vigor even goes so far as to reduce Michael's reception to pain producing a 'numbing' effect when he is faced with injuries. In addition to the more practical benefits granted by the eyes there also comes a series of side effects. One of the more noteworthy ones being the effect the Vigor has on Michael's personality. When active the Vigor makes him feel more alive, and thus connected with the world around him. The best way to describe is that it provides a rush akin to a drug. Not only does this make the usage of the Vigor highly addictive, but also comes with the possibility of withdraw. Terrible shakes, pain, and at the worst personality changes. This has caused the Eyes of Yggdrasil to gain a reputation as both a blessing and a curse. It is also extremely taxing on the body to keep the Vigor active for prolonged lengths of time. Not only because of the addictive qualities and physical strain, but also because of the chakra drain. One is able to tell that the eyes are active by the change in color of Michael's iris. Going from their normal steel into a vibrant green. The Vigor is known to activate on its own accord whenever Michael finds himself in dire situations, or he has begun to feel as if death is the only outcome. When active in this manner the Vigor pushes Michael to survive by any means. It's ability to numb pain is also a bit of a double edge sword. While allowing him to fight without the pain of his injuries slowing him down, it also prevents him from truly realizing how serious his wounds actually are. When the Vigor is deactivate Michael is also hit with the full sensation of the wounds he had previously been capable of ignoring. ▸ CHARACTER HISTORY - Michael is the bastard son of Ezekiel Price, a well-respected and powerful member of Ronastrian society. He is the second eldest of Ezekiel's children having an elder brother and younger sister. - He grew up under the care of his mother until he was 6 years old. Where she dropped him off directly in front of his father's doorstep before running off to parts unknown. - His sudden appearance into his father's life was an unwelcome surprise. As the byproduct of an affair that Ezekiel would rather have forgotten. Regardless, he was accepted into his father's family. Mostly in order for his father to keep up appearance. - Growing up with his father Michael was often billed by his elder brother. In fact, it was his brother who coined the phrase, 'The Bastard Prince.' in order to insult him. The nickname was popular enough to catch on with Michael's peers during his school years. Michael hates the name with passion. - His ability to use the Vigor, Eyes of Yggdrasil, is often seen as a blight within his family. As someone of half-blood of half or 'tainted blood' should not be allowed to inherit the power. - It soon become clear to Michael that he was unwanted by the world, and that a lot of it was twisted or corrupted. As a result he has gained a very pessimistic view of the world around him. Being both apathic and cynical in his feelings. - Michael got the family crest tattooed on his shoulder not out of pride or respect but as an act of defiance. He wanted to upset his family, mockingly telling them that he would forever be apart of their heritage and bloodline. -  Michael has placed a heavy dedication on improving himself in order to prove his value. At the same time he does it because it's only when fighting that he truly feels something. This feeling is a large part of why Michael has chosen to be a hunter. - While from Ronastre he made the choice to go to Cocoon Academy. He did this to distant himself from his family's reputation.
